A transparent process from first contact to result
Project intake
You honestly describe the problems in numbers via Telegram (Google traffic dropped, juniors can’t cope, redesign killed the top). You provide guest access to Yandex.Metrica and Google Search Console (GSC).
Deep independent research
I take 1–3 quiet days for technical analysis. I capture rankings via Topvisor, crawl the site for technical issues, find critical 4xx/5xx errors. I prepare a presentation with business-friendly solutions.
Strategic consultation (video call)
A dense 1.5–2 hour call. We go through a shared screen, I demonstrate code/content errors and explain the business logic for fixing them. I answer any technical questions from your team.
Asynchronous implementation tracking (monthly)
After the call you get a video recording and a prioritized task list in Notion/Jira. Throughout the month (on retainer) I review new design mockups, briefs and code in the messenger (asynchronous QA).
