I'm not a typical smiley agency manager. I'm a direct practising engineer. For some clients my principles will feel harsh, but they are exactly what generates results.

I won't sleep until everything is perfect. I can spend hours cleaning up W3C validation, broken 404s and every breadcrumb on the site.
