Why standard development fails on the Russian market
When a foreign development studio builds a site for Russia, the technical foundation is usually wrong from day one: client-side React without SSR (so Yandex sees an empty page), URL structure not adapted for Cyrillic content, no Yandex.Webmaster verification, no Yandex.Metrica goals, no Schema in Russian, no compliance with hosting and 152-FZ requirements.
Working directly with a private full-stack SEO engineer who specialises in the RU market means the architecture is right from the first commit. I build on the "SEO-First" principle for Russia: first the Russian-language semantic core and silo URL structure, then the technical foundation that Yandex loves (SSR/SSG, perfect Core Web Vitals, Schema, sitemap, Yandex.Webmaster + Metrica), and only then UI and code. The result is a site that starts collecting RU organic traffic from launch.
