One-time SEO setup is the right starting point for foreign companies launching a new website in Russia, after a redesign, or when an existing site has never been prepared for Yandex. Without a proper baseline — Russian-language meta tags, fixed server errors (4xx/5xx), correct H1–H3 hierarchy, Schema.org markup, robots.txt and XML sitemap, Yandex.Webmaster verification — any further investment in SEO or paid traffic in the RU market is wasted.
Unlike a monthly retainer, this is a fixed-scope, fixed-price project with a clear deliverable. You pay once and get a site that is technically ready for indexing and ranking in both Yandex and Google.ru. How I work
A transparent process from first contact to result
Diagnostics and technical audit
I run a full scan of your site using Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights and Yandex Webmaster. I find all technical errors: broken 404 links, server 500s, broken redirects, duplicate pages, indexing and load speed issues.
Detailed brief for fixes
I prepare a detailed numbered task list for your developer (or do it myself): which meta tags to write, which URLs to canonicalise, which redirects to set up, where to add H1/H2, which images to compress.
Technical implementation of on-page fixes
I sequentially apply all fixes: write unique Title/Description, build H1–H3 hierarchy, configure canonical, robots.txt and XML sitemap, add Schema.org markup (JSON-LD), optimise image ALT tags.
Final check and handover
I run a control scan after all fixes. I make sure no new errors appeared. I hand you the final checklist with a detailed description of all completed work and recommendations for further SEO strategy.
