A Russian knitwear producer with a wholesale e-commerce. SEO already worked — paid was added to accelerate. Budget 50–60k ₽/month.
Brief: attract wholesale buyers via Yandex Direct, not retail browsers.
What I did
Filtering wholesale audience. Combined «оптом», «от производителя», «партия», «от 100 шт» and hard-negatived retail terms — saving the budget for actual buyers.
Competitor capture. Brand campaigns against rival producers, ads emphasising in-house Ivanovo manufacturing, GOST certification and logo-printing.
Geo bid adjustments. Higher bids on Moscow, St Petersburg, Novosibirsk and major hubs based on real conversion data; lower bids elsewhere.
Buyer-type segmentation. Three campaigns — resellers, enterprise procurement (uniforms), promo organisers (logo T-shirts) — each with its own ads and landings.
Result
Over 3 months: 21,472 clicks, 149 purchases, 69 unique buyers, 6,887,239 ₽ revenue, 46,223-₽ AOV. ROAS above 35× on a 50–60k monthly budget.
