Task
A Russian textile producer selling B2B: bedding, blankets, pillows, towels. Customers are large hotel chains, sanatoriums and retail networks, all of whom check supplier reputation in Yandex before signing a contract.
The goal: dominate the Russian-language reputational TOP-20 with positive content so prospective B2B partners see only relevant, recent material about the brand.
What I did
B2B reputation specifics. For a textile producer, decision-makers do not just google «отзывы» — they search «[brand] поставщик отзывы», «[brand] качество продукции», «[brand] сертификаты». I built a complete monitoring list around these query patterns.
Expert content. Published material on Russian industry portals: lab-tested product reviews, articles on textile quality standards (GOST, TR CU), case studies of cooperation with hotel chains. This content took TOP positions on target queries.
B2B catalogues. Set up and optimised company profiles on Russian B2B platforms: Pulse Cen, Tiu.ru, vertical textile directories — each with certificates, factory photography and up-to-date contacts.
Pushing out uncontrolled content. Old forum threads and stale catalogues were displaced from the TOP-20 by stronger, fresher material. Irrelevant content was reduced to a minimum.
Result
Results in 3 months:
- Positive sentiment in TOP-20: 82% — the overwhelming majority of results
- Neutral / unsorted: 15% — directories and reference pages
- Irrelevant content: just 3%
- Stability: positive share holds at 80%+ throughout the quarter
