Task
A Russian wholesale textile shop — bedding, blankets, pillows, towels — selling to hotels, hostels, sanatoriums and retail chains.
Brief: launch Yandex Direct from scratch and build a steady wholesale order flow on a 50,000-₽/month budget.
What I did
Buyer segmentation. Wholesale textile is bought by very different buyers. Built four segments: hotels, retail resellers, sanatoriums, corporate gifting.
Landing per segment. Hotels — room-stocking calculator. Retail — wholesale prices from 1 case. Sanatoriums — certificates and hypoallergenic emphasis. Ads pointed to the matching landing.
Minimum-order optimisation. Ads stated explicit minimums («from 10 sets», «from 50 towels»), filtering out retail browsers and saving budget.
E-commerce tracking. Per-campaign and per-query revenue tracking; budget reallocated to the most profitable combinations — hotel bedding produced the best AOV.
Result
Over 2 months:
- Paid clicks: 7,241
- Purchases from paid: 115
- Unique buyers: 70
- Paid revenue: 7,488,112 ₽
- AOV: 65,114 ₽
- Conversion to purchase: 1.72%
The 65k-₽ AOV reflects the precise B2B targeting. At 50,000 ₽/month spend, ROAS exceeded 70×.
